Internet Achievers was founded in 1998 when K.K. Blackwell and D.D. Harris joined forces to publish an Online Work in Home Resource e-Directory.  Both have been working from their homes for over 15 years.

K.K. Blackwell had developed a Work in Home Guide over seven years ago.  She previously promoted and sold this printed Guide through regular mail and traditional marketing through a company called Achievers Publishers.  It became an increasingly expensive and frustrating process.  She discovered that companies change addresses, phone numbers, etc. and that when you have 10,000 copies of a Work in Home Guide on hand, you can't just trash them.  You have to print enough to keep your costs down; yet not so many that they become out-dated too quickly.  She discovered that it was a loosing battle.

In early 1998 she approached D.D. Harris about forming a partnership and taking the Guide to the Internet.  D.D. readily accepted; thus, they pooled their diversified talents and formed Internet Achievers.  You can read a little more about them in the Frequently Asked Questions section of this website.  Internet Achievers' ultimate goal is to give their subscribers the most current information possible.

Researching new companies and maintaining the Work in Home Resource e-Directory has now become a full-time work-at-home venture for us.  Our ultimate goal is to help you find work you can do from your home that best meets with your talents and needs.
